New York Proposal

Re-visit a 2017 proposal by Hijjas Architects and Planners in New York. Back then I had to download manually Google 3D map and place the 3d model in 3Ds Max. Now everything in integrated in D5 Render and this is directly from it. No AI enhancement used.
